Location: Fully onsite in Edinburgh, United Kingdom

What you will do

Conceive and lead the creation of innovative artistic visuals for AAA titles.
Direct internal and external art teams and individuals to ensure visual consistency.
Manage resources by assigning artists of varying skill sets to numerous studio projects.
Liaise with and present visual directions to clients in a professional and authoritative manner.
Develop and implement solid art production pathways and manage deadlines and budgets.
Troubleshoot creative problems and assess technical risks during production.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in console development with at least 2 shipped titles.
Proven experience as a Lead Artist.
2-3 years of experience developing and implementing art production pathways.
Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Edinburgh, UK.
Strong visual and verbal communication skills for directing teams.
Ability to autonomously manage project budgets and timelines.

Nice to have

Technical expertise with current-generation gaming technology.
Strong illustration skills.
Proven ability to generate a diverse range of artistic styles.
