Location: Flexible hybrid work options, may occasionally be asked to attend in-person events or team sessions.

Salary: $90,750.00 - $188,750.00/yr

What you will do

• Own production management for hirify.global Games first-party original games from concept through live operations.
• Partner with Product Management and Game Design to define the game vision, core loop, features, and scope.
• Manage the end-to-end process for third-party game integrations, including intake, scheduling, and coordination with external developers.
• Drive Agile workflows, including backlog management, sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
• Manage QA processes to ensure high-quality releases across desktop and mobile web platforms.
• Communicate status, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Game Producer or in a production role within the games industry.
• Proven experience shipping casual games, ideally on desktop and mobile web platforms.
• Strong understanding of game development pipelines, Agile methodologies, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools and workflows that support game development, production planning, asset creation, or QA.
• Experience working with both internal teams and external development partners.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience working on daily games or live-ops driven products.
• Familiarity with browser-based game development constraints and performance considerations.
• Experience collaborating closely with product managers in a product-led organization.
