What you will do

• Manage multiple live and hybrid events simultaneously on a domestic and global scale
• Produce and direct live webinars, virtual conferences, and simulcast events
• Oversee technical setups including robotic camera systems and streaming infrastructure
• Coordinate directly with high-profile clients and on-site talent
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and production workflows using tools like Workfront and Smartsheet
• Develop partnerships with production vendors to ensure technical requirements are met

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in multimedia and live events production
• Expertise in streaming platforms including vMix, Zoom, ON24, and Vimeo
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro for high-quality video editing
• Proven experience directing shoots in studio and on-location environments
• Ability to travel at least 40% of the time, including weekends and off-hours
• Strong organizational skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues under pressure

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects
• Experience producing marketing sizzle reels
