Location: Must be based in or able to work in-person at our NYC HQ

Compensation: $185,000 – $285,000

What you will do

• Build and ship end-to-end AI-powered products that improve creative workflows.
• Integrate state-of-the-art models combining internal research and external capabilities.
• Design systems for intelligent behavior, including context gathering and decision-making at scale.
• Measure and improve system quality in production using experimentation and feedback loops.
• Own technical problems end-to-end in a cross-functional product, ML, and systems engineering environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional industry experience.
• Track record of designing and developing ML systems in production.
• Deep experience with context engineering: RAG systems, token optimization, and context management.
• Proven ability to build evaluation systems and agentic infrastructure.
• Exceptional problem solving and ability to deliver projects end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-agent architectures.
• Experience fine-tuning LLMs for specific use cases.
• Startup founder or early-stage engineer experience.
