Location: Hybrid in Belgrade, Serbia

What you will do
- Bridge artistic vision and technical implementation in collaboration with art and programming teams.
- Create and maintain technical PSD files for game implementation.
- Lead and develop technical tools for game projects.
- Support artists and engineers throughout the art production pipeline.
- Profile and optimize game assets to improve memory usage and performance while maintaining user experience standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Art, Web Design, Game Design, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio or demo reel.
- Experience working with game engines, especially Unity.
- Based in Serbia and able to work in the hybrid Belgrade setup.
