Location: Hybrid, Belgrade, Serbia. Candidates must be fully eligible to work full-time under a local employment contract in Serbia.

What you will do

• Bridge the gap between art and technology for seamless visual integration into games.
• Develop and influence innovative solutions to enhance artistic direction.
• Create and improve art production pipelines using Unity 3D and Photoshop.
• Troubleshoot semi-complex design issues and provide technical alternatives.
• Mentor team members and collaborate on international projects and cross-team initiatives.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Unity 3D, Photoshop, and 3D game engines.
• Strong knowledge of 3D techniques, optimization, shaders, and particles.
• Experience leveraging AI tools and advanced prompting to optimize technical art workflows.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Able to obtain a Gaming License and pass a security investigation.
• Must be fully eligible to work under a local employment contract in Serbia.

• Understanding of C#.
• Understanding of casino games and the casino game industry.
