What you will do
- Research online platforms, public records, and databases to identify reliable data sources.
- Evaluate the credibility, accuracy, relevance, and usability of collected data.
- Build and maintain a structured database of verified data sources.
- Monitor sources for updates, changes, and emerging trends.
- Use web scraping, APIs, and manual research techniques to gather information.
- Collaborate with internal teams, prepare research reports, and ensure sourcing aligns with business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Data Analytics, Market Research, or a related field.
- Experience in data research, internet sourcing, or a similar role.
- Proficiency with search engines, web scraping tools, APIs, databases, and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with Python or other programming languages for data extraction.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Excellent Chinese and English communication skills required.
