What you will do

• Track and manage omnichannel asset creation workflows using WorkFront for assigned brands.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to secure necessary samples, 3D renders, and high-resolution images.
• Support photo shoot production, including logistics, product preparation, and on-set coordination.
• Lead weekly status meetings to monitor project deliverables and escalate potential blockers.
• Maintain digital asset libraries through consistent tagging, organization, and publishing processes.
• Partner with creative and production teams to ensure asset accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in El Segundo, CA.
• Proven experience in project management with strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and business acumen with excellent client service abilities.
• Background or knowledge of photo and video production workflows.
• Experience using project management tools such as WorkFront, MS Office, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead meetings and present at a high level.
