What you will do
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) platform to improve measurement capabilities.
- Lead modeling and analysis to connect marketing investments to revenue and overall business outcomes.
- Develop and scale marketing frameworks to support annual planning and quarterly forecasting cycles.
- Analyze campaign performance data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
- Translate cross-channel analytical insights into actionable recommendations for executives and stakeholders.
- Partner with channel owners to define success metrics and ensure alignment with strategic business goals.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, insights, or effectiveness roles.
- Deep technical expertise in Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution, and incremental testing.
- Proven ability to develop and scale marketing frameworks within matrixed organizations.
- Proficiency in measurement platforms and data visualization techniques.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail for high-quality reporting and ROI modeling.
