Location: Must be based near a hirify.global office in Birmingham, San Francisco, or Minneapolis (Hybrid)

Salary: $75,200–$120,000

What you will do

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for the Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) platform to improve measurement capabilities.
  • Lead modeling and analysis to connect marketing investments to revenue and overall business outcomes.
  • Develop and scale marketing frameworks to support annual planning and quarterly forecasting cycles.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Translate cross-channel analytical insights into actionable recommendations for executives and stakeholders.
  • Partner with channel owners to define success metrics and ensure alignment with strategic business goals.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, insights, or effectiveness roles.
  • Deep technical expertise in Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution, and incremental testing.
  • Proven ability to develop and scale marketing frameworks within matrixed organizations.
  • Proficiency in measurement platforms and data visualization techniques.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail for high-quality reporting and ROI modeling.
