Salary: €190,000 - €215,000 EUR

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end technical delivery plan and structure SOWs for custom agent deployments.
• Lead technical discovery, map customer workflows, and define solution architecture.
• Manage engineering execution, prioritize backlogs, and ensure progress against success criteria.
• Lead executive briefings and manage communications with C-suite sponsors and technical leads.
• Define KPIs and measure ROI to report outcomes to stakeholders.
• Codify reusable technical playbooks and feedback loops between field engagements and internal product teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical delivery leadership, such as technical program, product, or engagement management.
• Proven track record of delivering AI, ML, or LLM-based agentic solutions into production environments.
• Ability to lead architecture discussions and evaluate technical trade-offs with engineering stakeholders.
• Experience managing high-stakes technical projects in enterprise or regulated industries.
• Excellent communication and executive presence for representing the company to senior leadership.
• Must be able to travel to customer sites (25–50% of the time).
