What you will do

• Lead the delivery and management of enterprise security solutions across endpoint, cloud, and network environments.
• Design and implement secure infrastructure controls aligned with industry best practices.
• Identify and evaluate new security tools and platforms to drive technological innovation.
• Coordinate patch management activities and guide server hardening improvements.
• Act as the primary integration point between the CISO function and infrastructure teams.
• Provide security oversight for internal projects and audit/regulatory reviews.

Requirements

• Significant professional experience in IT security roles.
• Strong understanding of core IT and networking principles.
• Deep knowledge of security solutions like SIEM, PAM, IGA, and endpoint protection.
• Experience working within frameworks such as ISO27001 or NIST.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from Manchester, London, or Bristol.

Nice to have

• Financial services or e-commerce sector experience.
• Knowledge of cloud security standards and solutions.
• Experience with firewall technologies.
• CISSP certification (attained or in progress).
