What you will do

• Develop and execute a regional marketing plan to generate opportunities and build pipeline.
• Manage end-to-end planning and execution of in-territory events, roadshows, and seminars.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel and ecosystem partners.
• Manage the regional field marketing budget on a quarterly basis.
• Track, analyze, and report on regional marketing contribution and pipeline impact.
• Monitor lead-to-opportunity flow to ensure effective sales follow-up.

Requirements

• Based in Dubai office.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology company.
• Proven expertise in Field and Channel Marketing.
• Experience with Salesforce, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Willingness to travel across EMEA for events and meetings.

Nice to have

• Arabic language skills.
• Experience with platforms such as Marketo, Workfront, monday.com, 6sense, or Folloze.
