What you will do

• Collaborate with product teams to design robust test strategies and execute end-to-end testing plans.
• Develop scalable and reliable automated test frameworks for microservice-based products.
• Partner with developers to enhance system testability and provide early-stage feedback.
• Accurately report and validate product bugs to drive continuous quality improvement.
• Monitor and oversee release processes to ensure features meet strict performance benchmarks.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to streamline debugging and code refactoring.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with test automation tools like Python, Java, Robot Framework, Pytest, Cypress, Selenium, JMeter, or Locust.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
• Proven ability to develop test plans, design test cases, and perform complex troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and integration processes.
• Experience utilizing AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Windsurf.
• English: C1+ proficiency required for verbal and written communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure, or Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of performance testing (Load, Spike, Stability) for SaaS products.
• Background in testing Big Data, Machine Learning models, or data analysis workflows.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Kibana, or Prometheus.
