What you will do

• Lead the analysis and modeling of outcomes to deliver actionable insights for media strategies and campaign planning.
• Collaborate across analytics, marketing, and media teams to optimize campaign performance.
• Translate complex business questions into data science problems and select appropriate modeling techniques.
• Present strategic recommendations and model outcomes to internal and external brand partners.
• Maintain and improve the existing Data Science methodology and code base.
• Define project scope and proactively manage delivery within a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python with experience in producing readable, structured, and reusable code.
• Advanced SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
• Demonstrable command of analytical techniques and statistical modeling through academic or practical experience.
• Experience with Git-based workflows including pull requests and code reviews.
• Ability to tailor complex technical communications for non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK.

Nice to have

• Experience in demand forecasting or price optimization projects.
• Knowledge of NLP techniques for customer feedback analysis.
• Experience with Quasi Experimentation methodologies.
