TL;DR

Data Scientist (AI & MLOps): Building and deploying predictive machine learning models to optimize game design and player engagement with an accent on MLOps framework implementation. Focus on designing automated pipelines, scaling production-grade AI systems, and extracting actionable insights from large datasets within a Snowflake-centric cloud environment.

Location: Hybrid role; must be based in or able to work from the UK (London), Poland (Warsaw), Malta (Ta' Xbiex), or the Isle of Man.

What you will do

• Design, build, and validate ML models for LTV forecasting, player churn, fraud detection, and game optimization.
• Work within Snowflake to transform and optimize complex datasets for modeling.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and model-monitoring frameworks.
• Partner with game, commercial, and finance teams to translate business challenges into ML solutions.
• Establish KPIs and continuous-improvement loops for production-deployed models.
• Maintain robust documentation and ensure compliance with GDPR and ISO standards.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in the UK, Poland, Malta, or the Isle of Man.
• Strong foundation in analytical and statistical modeling.
• Proven track record of deploying and maintaining ML models in production environments.
• Experience with data pipeline design and feature engineering using Snowflake or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud compute services.
• Solid hands-on experience with Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and advanced SQL.

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming, entertainment, or digital-product analytics.
• Knowledge of Airflow, dbt, or visualization tools like Power BI/Tableau.
