What you will do
- Collaborate with product teams, engineers, and end users to identify and solve business problems.
- Develop and maintain production-ready machine learning models for programmatic auction optimization, content understanding, moderation, and audience categorization.
- Test, validate, and monitor models to ensure performance and safety.
- Leverage behavioral insights to predict campaign impact and audience clusters.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or near London, UK with hybrid work format
- Experience with Python, SQL, data manipulation libraries (Pandas, Numpy), and standard ML algorithms (Scikit-learn).
- Quantitative degree or equivalent experience with strong statistics knowledge.
- Curiosity and ability to work with noisy, non-linear data.
Nice to have
- Strong mathematics, Bayesian modeling, causal inference, and postgraduate degree.
- Experience in adtech, martech, marketing, or advertising domains.
- Full ML model lifecycle experience including programmatic use and fine-tuning of LLMs.
- Experience with big data tools (pySpark), cloud platforms (AWS), APIs (FastAPI), version control (GitHub), and workflow management (Jira).
- Good communication skills for diverse audiences and clean modular coding practices with tests.
