What you will do

• Design, implement, and productionize state-of-the-art ML models to improve advertising campaign outcomes.
• Analyze large-scale user and auction data to discover predictive patterns and alpha signals for bidding and personalization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and data teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Improve system performance through offline experimentation and online A/B testing.
• Lead end-to-end projects across the full product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Mathematics, or EE required; Master’s or PhD preferred.
• 5+ years of industry experience in ad tech.
• Proven experience in applied machine learning, specifically in CTR prediction and recommendation systems.
• Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Strong technical background with ability to lead end-to-end projects.
• Fluent in English or Chinese required.

Nice to have

• Experience with high-throughput, low-latency real-time systems such as RTB engines or stream inference.
