Product Manager (CMS)

Location: Must be based in Sofia, Bulgaria (Hybrid role).

What you will do

• Develop and communicate product vision and strategy for Sitefinity Insight (CDP).
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, marketing, and sales to drive product development and adoption.
• Analyze competitive landscape and market trends to identify innovation opportunities.
• Define epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for product features.
• Gather and prioritize customer feedback to shape product enhancements.
• Manage product roadmap alignment with strategic objectives and business goals.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of product management experience with B2B, SaaS, or ecommerce products.
• Fluency in English.
• Willingness to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria.
• Proven ability to guide teams toward common goals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering.

Nice to have

• Experience with CMS or CDP platforms.
• Knowledge of latest AI technologies including LLMs and agents.
• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
