Salary: £45,000 + Commission

What you will do

• Lead the Customer Relationship Team to build strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Oversee the use of CRM data to track customer trends and ensure proactive action.
• Monitor annual spend across accounts and align team activity with customer targets.
• Provide coaching and feedback to develop team capability and improve account management quality.
• Represent the voice of the customer across the business and contribute to service improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service, account management, or client services, ideally within education or training.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
• Full UK driving licence.
