What you will do

• Support and execute internal communication campaigns by coordinating timelines, logistics, and content needs.
• Assist in planning and delivering engaging internal events, managing end-to-end logistics.
• Maintain and update internal content across key communications channels, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Manage the internal communications calendar, aligning key messages and activities across teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to source stories and align messaging.
• Monitor and report on the performance of communication initiatives and events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–5 years of experience in internal communications, events coordination, or communications support.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with intranets, content management systems, and digital communication tools such as Slack, email platforms, and employee portals.
• Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment, with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
