Salary: $107,000 - $168,000. The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location.

What you will do

• Design and execute a community engagement strategy.
• Segment community journeys by cohorts, use cases, maturity levels, and motivations.
• Formalize and document the user group program for repeatable, global scale.
• Design programs that help users get more value from the hirify.global platform.
• Partner with the social media team to promote community programs and surface top contributors.
• Turn community insights and stories into content that fuels adoption and advocacy.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in community management, developer relations, customer advocacy, or related roles at a B2B SaaS company.
• Demonstrated success owning Slack/Discord or similar communities and a Q&A/forum property.
• Strong program management and facilitation skills, including running user groups, online events, and community campaigns end-to-end.
• Comfortable working with community and marketing analytics tools and using data to drive decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proven track record collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Product, SEs, CSEs, and external partners to drive shared outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience in observability, security, or IT operations and familiarity with hirify.global products.
