What you will do

• Architect the Multi-Channel Playbook to drive maximum alignment and engagement.
• Establish high-fidelity documentation standards and communication playbooks.
• Partner with the Senior Director of External Communications to pressure-test messaging.
• Act as ghostwriter for senior leadership.
• Lead company-wide initiatives to achieve high participation and actionable feedback loops.

Requirements

• 10+ total years of progressive experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or executive ghostwriting in a late stage / high-growth tech or public company environment.
• Demonstrated success leading the strategy and execution of external-facing campaigns, IPO-readiness efforts or high-level internal narratives.
• Exceptional Writing & Editing skills.
• Significant experience working directly with C-suite executives to shape their internal platforms and presence.
• Maturity & Discretion.
• Agility to manage competing deadlines and projects in a fast-paced environment.
