What you will do

• Develop and implement internal communications strategy across channels including messages, emails, videos, newsletters, and town halls
• Craft clear, concise, and audience-tailored communications
• Build relationships with key internal stakeholders to support initiatives and communication goals
• Organize and manage internal events such as town halls
• Ensure consistency of internal messaging across all mediums
• Anticipate and manage communication risks and crisis response plans
• Establish KPIs and reporting to measure communication effectiveness

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Ukraine
• 4+ years of corporate communications experience in fast-paced environments
• University degree in English Philology, Journalism, PR, or related field
• Fluent English with strong writing skills
• Strong organizational, project management, and interpersonal skills
