What you will do

• Ensure seamless integration of business requirements with system functionality.
• Elicit, analyze, document, and manage business and functional requirements.
• Support project management for the implementation of customer solutions.
• Document, analyze, and interpret business policies and processes.
• Manage workload to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Manage data via Requirements Management Tool(s).

Requirements

• BS or BA in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of proven Business Analyst experience. Experience in the lottery industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with MS Office, JIRA, Visio, and Figma, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Familiarity with Requirements Management Tool (i.e., JIRA, Trello, Miro).
• Able to build strong customer relationships and function in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
