What you will do

• Lead the engineering platform roadmap, ensuring the product remains secure and performant.
• Drive initiatives related to stack modernization and architectural improvements.
• Own Product Operability, improving how the product is installed, upgraded, and monitored.
• Translate technical platform initiatives into structured roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Work closely with Engineering, Support, and Security teams to identify and remove operational friction.
• Provide strong execution leadership across complex initiatives spanning multiple engineering teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Management experience with exposure to platform or infrastructure products.
• Comfortable operating in highly technical environments with senior engineering stakeholders.
• Experience managing engineering roadmap initiatives.
• Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear priorities and decisions.
• Highly autonomous and capable of driving complex projects end-to-end.
• Demonstrates strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
