Manager, Life Sciences Commercial Content (Life Sciences): Translates life sciences expertise into high-impact, market-facing content and messaging with an accent on pharmaceutical and biotech commercialization, launch planning, and commercial operations. Focus on distilling complex thinking into clear narratives, frameworks, slides, and case studies for senior commercial leaders.

What you will do

  • Translate expertise into market-ready content by partnering with SMEs and distilling complex client work into compelling narratives.
  • Contribute to messaging and positioning by refining how capabilities are articulated in the market.
  • Develop mid-funnel and sales-aligned materials to support the pipeline.
  • Partner with marketing and commercial leaders to deepen understanding of priority buyer segments.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate drafting and research while maintaining high standards.
  • Collaborate across commercial experts and marketing to bring ideas to life.

Requirements

  • At least 4-5 years in life sciences consulting, marketing, commercial strategy, analytics, or pharma-focused professional services.
  • Strong familiarity with pharmaceutical or biotech commercialization dynamics.
  • Ability to think structurally and build clear frameworks.
  • Solid writing and editing skills.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills and comfort creating executive-ready materials.
  • Experience working with senior commercial stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Consulting background (strategy, analytics, commercial ops).
  • Experience contributing to thought leadership or client-facing materials.
  • Exposure to RFP support or sales enablement.
