What you will do
- Oversee end-to-end planning, editorial, clearance, and review workflow, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Lead a team of content writers, designers, and freelancers, assigning and managing content projects.
- Oversee the development and production of high-impact external content, proactively researching industry trends and leveraging data.
- Design and drive adoption of content lifecycle processes, crafting automated workflows and embedding AI tools.
- Lead the content planning lifecycle, including cross-functional ideation and scheduling meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related discipline.
- 10+ years of editorial and/or content creation experience, with at least 5 years in health care communications/marketing.
- Experience working directly with or within a public company environment following stringent reviews and audits.
- Minimum 3 years direct people management experience leading content production and review functions.
- Strong skills in Google Workspace, Monday.com, and content management and distribution systems and platforms.
- Deep understanding of AI tools, with experience leveraging learning model capabilities to automate and expedite content processes.

- Thorough knowledge of current healthcare issues and familiarity with market trends.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple stakeholders and seniority levels.
- Strong analytical abilities in researching topics and distilling critical issues.
