About the Role

You will design end-to-end user journeys, from landing pages and onboarding to real-time strategy management. You will translate complex trading workflows into clear interfaces, run rapid research and hypothesis-validation sprints, and maintain a scalable accessible design system. You will craft pixel‑level UI components in Figma, define interaction states and motion, collaborate with frontend engineers to ensure implementation fidelity, design high-conversion landing and marketing experiences, run A/B tests and usability studies, and lead design sprints and documentation to align on measurable product outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in fintech, DeFi, or complex B2B/SaaS tools
• Proven ability to design data-heavy interactive dashboard-driven products
• Strong grasp of UX research methods and lean hypothesis testing
• Deep experience in Figma including auto layout, variants, components, and prototyping
• Excellent visual taste and sense of motion, rhythm, and usability
• Fluency in systems thinking, design systems, and rapid iteration workflows
• Bonus familiarity with crypto trading, Web3, or algorithmic systems

Responsibilities

• Design the full lifecycle of user journeys from landing to onboarding to real-time strategy management
• Translate complex workflows into intuitive layouts and interaction models
• Run quick research and hypothesis-validation sprints
• Maintain and evolve the design system for scalability, accessibility, and performance
• Craft elegant modular UI components in Figma with pixel-level consistency across responsive layouts
• Collaborate with frontend engineers to ensure fidelity and performance of implementations
• Design interaction states, transitions, and feedback mechanics
• Design high-conversion landing pages, marketing collateral, and visual systems
• Iterate on acquisition funnels and optimize conversion through A/B testing and UX insights
• Lead and document design sprints, retros, and usability tests
• Create and evolve a unified visual language and lightweight design ops framework
• Partner cross-functionally to align on measurable outcomes
