What you will do

• Design banking features end-to-end in collaboration with Product Managers and Engineers.
• Improve user experiences across hirify.global’s API, dashboards, and partner-facing interfaces.
• Collaborate across product squads, adapting to various problem spaces within payments and banking.
• Support cross-functional teams with prototypes, visual assets, and design contributions.
• Contribute to and maintain hirify.global’s Product Design system, ensuring consistency.
• Progressively take on more ownership and complexity in design work.

Requirements

• Looking for a 1 or 2-year apprenticeship in a fast-paced work environment.
• Student in 2nd or 3rd year in a design-related program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or similar).
• Strong product design skills with the ability to think through user flows and interfaces.
• Solid UI skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Excellent working abilities in English. French is a plus.

Nice to have

• Curiosity about fintech, payments, or API products.
• Familiarity with prototyping tools or basic front-end (HTML, CSS).
• Proactive learner who stays up to date with product, design, and AI trends.
