What you will do

• Establish and maintain show schedules in collaboration with producers and coordinators to meet project milestones.
• Manage, mentor, and delegate tasks to Production Coordinators and Assistants.
• Track client needs, reviews, and project deliveries across all disciplines.
• Communicate potential workflow or schedule issues to leadership proactively.
• Oversee outsourced vendor schedules and bids to ensure alignment with overall project goals.
• Coordinate daily reviews and meetings with crew, clients, and external vendors.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Feature Animation production across multiple departments.
• Demonstrated experience in training, mentoring, and managing production teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Shotgrid.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under strict deadlines.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Art, Drama, or equivalent work experience.
