What you will do

• Act as a liaison between clients and the production team to drive schedules and ensure timely project delivery.
• Manage and balance production schedules, workflows, and employee resources across multiple shows.
• Mentor, coach, and guide production coordinators and assistants to ensure departmental success.
• Track actual days versus bid days and flag potential delays to the producer.
• Participate in client meetings and facilitate interdepartmental communication.
• Supervise day-to-day show operations and manage facility resources effectively.

Requirements

• Must be based in British Columbia and eligible to work in Canada.
• 5+ years of experience in film, television, or animation as a project coordinator or manager.
• Thorough understanding of live-action and CG-based VFX workflows.
• Extensive knowledge in database management, scheduling, and production processes.
• Proven experience in project management and staff supervision.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to lead large teams under pressure.
