What you will do

• Map and optimize business processes using BPMN and Value Stream design.
• Define architectural domains and subdomains utilizing Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Challenge stakeholder requirements to solve fundamental business problems rather than just gathering specs.
• Identify and integrate AI agents and automation strategies into process architectures.
• Ensure solution integrity and long-term strategic alignment throughout the development lifecycle.
• Bridge communication between executive leadership and technical engineering teams.

Requirements

• Background in Business Architecture, Information Management, or related IT-Business intersection roles.
• Deep expertise in BPMN and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) is mandatory.
• Must be a resident of the Netherlands.
• Fluent command of both Dutch and English (verbal and written) is required.
• Strong analytical ability to distill complex logic into structured models.
• Understanding of modern cloud architectures and AI technologies (LLMs, agentic workflows).
