What you will do
- Conduct end-to-end investigations of flagged activities to detect anomalies and mitigate risk.
- Manage data extraction, cleaning, and validation processes for fraud reporting.
- Design, develop, and optimize monitoring dashboards to track agent performance and fraud patterns.
- Deliver ad hoc analysis to address urgent business inquiries and support organizational initiatives.
- Identify agent behavioral trends and propose data-driven mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate cross-team discussions to implement corrective actions for identified operational gaps.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- 1–3 years of professional experience in fraud operations, internal audit, or financial crimes.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform root-cause analysis for fraud events.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage tight deadlines.
- Willingness to acquire proficiency in Alteryx for workflow automation.
