Salary: $22.55 – $26.78 USD per hour

What you will do

  • Deliver exceptional service via chat, phone, email, and video to resolve complex customer inquiries.
  • Act as a knowledgeable consultant and advocate, ensuring first-contact resolution for premium business clients.
  • Maintain deep expertise in hirify.global product offerings and accounting software sync integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement proactive, value-driven solutions.
  • Manage high-volume support queues while prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide actionable workflow recommendations to help high-value customers optimize their financial operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service or related roles.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
  • Strong technical and financial acumen, including experience with SaaS and accounting software (NetSuite, Intacct, QBO).
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and high-volume omnichannel support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to explain complex technical data.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and own customer interactions in a high-pressure environment.
