Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service or related roles.
- Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- Strong technical and financial acumen, including experience with SaaS and accounting software (NetSuite, Intacct, QBO).
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and high-volume omnichannel support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to explain complex technical data.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and own customer interactions in a high-pressure environment.
