What you will do
- Own the end-to-end customer and partner support experience across all channels.
- Analyze support data to identify recurring issues and translate them into actionable product and engineering improvements.
- Maintain and scale the knowledge base and AI-driven documentation infrastructure.
- Configure and optimize support tooling and internal operational workflows.
- Collaborate with Technical Support, BizOps, and product teams on systemic escalations.
- Contribute to automation and agentic support initiatives to increase operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Must be able to work from our New York hub
- Experience in a customer-facing or operations role within a tech, B2B, or B2B2C company.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to draw conclusions from data.
- High technical aptitude for learning complex tools and understanding product architecture.
- Clear and concise communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-directed and comfortable operating with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Prior interest or experience in AI and automation workflows.
- Previous experience in telecom, though not strictly required.
