Location: Hybrid role based in London, UK

hirify.global is a leading Trust Management Platform that helps companies improve and prove their security through continuous monitoring and compliance automation.

What you will do

• Lead large-scale technical projects to evolve and scale core product systems.
• Engineer sophisticated monitoring and alerting systems for high-integrity security data pipelines.
• Collaborate with security researchers to deploy new scanning techniques and threat detection modules.
• Make effective architectural tradeoffs balancing business needs, user experience, and technical sustainability.
• Mentor engineering team members and contribute to the growth of the engineering culture.

Requirements

• 7+ years of fullstack experience with a strong emphasis on backend development.
• Proven track record in technical leadership roles for complex, high-impact projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience building user-facing SaaS products for both startup and enterprise environments.
• Previous startup experience with a strong bias for action.
• Interest in learning about the security space or prior experience in the industry.
