What you will do
- Develop and maintain features for the Android application using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend, design, product, and QA to ship impactful investment features.
- Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness through robust testing and code reviews.
- Help maintain code organization, technical architecture, and documentation while reducing technical debt.
- Participate in a customer support rota to address issues and ensure user satisfaction.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of professional experience in mobile application development.
- Strong proficiency with Kotlin and Android architectural patterns (MVVM or MVI).
- Experience with industry-standard Android tools including Hilt, Jetpack Compose, and reactive libraries like coroutines.
- Familiarity with consuming APIs and working with backend services in a mobile context.
- Proven ability to problem-solve and work effectively in a highly collaborative team.
Nice to have
- Understanding of Human Interface Guidelines.
- Experience with continuous integration tools such as CircleCI.
