The project – the Central Integration Layer team that develops integration with
other systems.
Responsibilities:
• Serving as the main contact for project partners across all phases – from tender
participation to scoping, implementation, and managing business relationships.
• Leading diverse project teams, moderate high-level meetings, and presenting
complex IT topics to various audiences.
• Prioritizing and communicating partner and stakeholder requirements to Product
and Engineering – covering backend processes to user-facing features.
• Planning and driving IT projects end-to-end using both Agile and classic
methodologies.
• Maintaining project timelines and documentation, ensuring consistent quality and
accuracy.
Must-haves:
• Experience as a Project Manager for 4+ years.
• Experience with common tech stack such as Jira, Confluence, etc.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve
project goals.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly conveying information to
stakeholders, clients, and team members.
• Proven negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to reach
mutually beneficial agreements.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including managing expectations and
building trust.
• High adaptability and flexibility in dynamic environments with changing
priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a proactive and
creative approach to challenges.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
