Location: Hybrid (must be based in Lisbon, Portugal; min 2 days/week in office)

What you will do

• Design and maintain automation workflows across internal platforms like Okta, Jira, Slack, and HubSpot.
• Develop robust integration architecture using REST APIs, Webhooks, and OpenAPI specifications.
• Write automation scripts in Python and Node.js for complex business logic.
• Implement cloud-based automation and orchestration using GCP Cloud Functions.
• Build secure Slack bots to support internal team notifications and automated actions.
• Integrate AI services such as OpenAI to enhance workflow intelligence and decision-making.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT automation, systems integration, or infrastructure engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and Node.js for scripting and backend logic.
• Direct experience with iPaaS platforms like N8N, Workato, or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, OAuth2, and modern authentication protocols.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform and Slack API integrations.
• Must be able to work from the Lisbon office at least 2 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in managing production-grade automations within N8N specifically.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms like HiBob, Jamf, or Google Workspace.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for multi-system environments.
