What you will do

• Own the full product lifecycle from user experience brainstorming to prototyping and shipping features.
• Architect and maintain robust frontend interfaces in Angular and scalable backend microservices using Java/Spring Boot.
• Integrate LLMs and AI agents into daily development workflows to optimize prototyping and code generation.
• Modernize legacy infrastructure to ensure system stability and high performance during platform scaling.
• Collaborate within a small, autonomous cross-functional squad to solve complex customer pain points.
• Maintain high engineering standards through code reviews, automated testing, and agile practices.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Deep proficiency in Java/Spring Boot and Angular (or transferable experience in React/Vue).
• Strong experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and agile methodologies.
• Demonstrated passion for using AI tools to multiply development speed and output.
• Excellent communication skills in English required for international collaboration.
• Must be based in Europe to meet location constraints.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating LLM features using OpenAI or Anthropic APIs, LangChain, and vector databases.
• Knowledge of mobile development (Kotlin or cross-platform).
• Domain expertise in InsurTech, PropTech, or property restoration.
