What you will do

• Design, build, and ship finance-related features across a complex ecosystem.
• Develop and maintain backend services, data pipelines, and frontend dashboards.
• Integrate internal tools with various CRM and ERP systems.
• Gather feedback from internal users to improve solution adoption and operational support.
• Champion software quality through testing, code reviews, and mentoring junior engineers.
• Collaborate with international teams in an Agile environment.

Requirements

• Proven track record of designing and maintaining features in complex production environments.
• Proficiency in Java and/or Scala, SQL, React, and Node.js.
• Experience in designing data models, pipelines, and using analytics/visualization tools.
• Expertise in CRM/ERP integrations using ETLs, event-driven architecture, and workflow orchestration.
• English: B2+ proficiency required for collaboration with international teams.
• Growth mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Ad-Tech industry.
• Familiarity with BigQuery, Looker, and AWS.
• Experience with Netsuite, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics-365.
