What you will do

• Design and execute strategies for new follower acquisition and organic reach expansion.
• Optimize content structure, formats, and metadata for social search engines like TikTok, Instagram Explore, and YouTube.
• Lead the content adaptation framework for different platforms including vertical video and threads.
• Analyze performance metrics such as reach, retention, and search impressions to refine growth strategies.
• Design and run A/B experiments focusing on hooks, formats, and distribution funnels.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to align messaging with growth and monetization objectives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Social Media Strategy, Growth, or Audience Development.
• Proven track record of scaling communities through social search tactics and recommendation algorithms.
• Professional proficiency in English (C1) to coordinate international strategies.
• Advanced experience with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, and YouTube Studio.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on data-driven execution.
