What you will do

• Establish technical objectives and delegate responsibilities for engineering delivery projects.
• Direct work resourcing and own the resolution of site-specific technical issues.
• Perform field network installation, integration, and testing of complex transmission systems.
• Provide technical coaching and mentoring to team members.
• Influence industry standards and stakeholder decisions at a senior management level.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent projects while maintaining performance under pressure.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of transmission network management platforms.
• Significant field experience in network installation, integration, and testing.
• Must be eligible for and maintain DV Security Clearance.
• Must have lived in the UK for 10+ years to obtain required clearance.
• Strong technical writing, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet strict deadlines.
