What you will do

• Translate high-level business problems into clear product requirements with documented user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Manage the Android application roadmap, prioritizing product opportunities based on user needs, feasibility, and business value.
• Build consensus with cross-functional teams to define work increments based on technical interdependencies.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to define objectives and manage trade-offs.
• Develop a deep understanding of the product landscape, technical dependencies, and the broader hirify.global ecosystem.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK from the first day of employment.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
• Extensive experience in product management and user workflow design.
• Proven experience building enterprise mobile app features or products.
• Practical knowledge of agile and lean practices.
