What you will do

• Lead product and technical initiatives at the department level, interacting with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Develop scalable service architectures to support game features like matchmaking, profiles, and anti-cheat systems.
• Define strategy, vision, and technical quality standards for the platform.
• Manage the team’s tools, technologies, and technical roadmaps.
• Decompose and estimate complex tasks while driving key initiatives to completion.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in backend development, including 3+ years specifically with Go.
• 1+ year of experience in a similar Tech Lead, Team Lead, or Engineering Manager role.
• Proven track record in high-load project development and system architecture design.
• Proficiency in creating service architectures and database schemas.
• Strong product mindset with the ability to ensure code quality through unit and integration testing.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with AWS services like DynamoDB, S3, SQS, and Kinesis.
• Experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes or Nomad.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices using TeamCity or Jenkins.
