What you will do

• Develop and deploy scalable, production-ready AI services for chat and voice channels.
• Build evaluation pipelines to automatically test and safeguard AI agent behavior.
• Design systems for monitoring, observability, and anomaly detection in AI interactions.
• Develop knowledge retrieval flows to ensure accurate, grounded AI responses.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers and Copilot specialists to improve system performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Python engineering, including ML/AI tooling.
• 2+ years of experience with API development and CI/CD pipelines.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Azure, Databricks, or MLFlow in production.
• Strong communication and collaborative problem-solving skills.
• Ownership mindset with a focus on quality and structured delivery.
