What you will do

  • Conduct pre-sales calls to understand potential clients' needs and challenges.
  • Guide customers in deploying AI models and products into their infrastructure.
  • Provide post-deployment support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to advance the sales pipeline.
  • Design and develop product features based on customer feedback.
  • Travel approximately 30 to 60% of your time to client offices.

Requirements

  • Degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science).
  • Experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Proven experience in product implementation in AI or machine learning.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English.
