ServiceNow Implementer (Mid and Senior)
Salary is up to 5500 usd gross for Senior and up to 3000 usd gross for Mid
FULL_TIME, REMOTE, b2b contract, location of the candidate and legal entity, bank account of the candidate – outside of Russia, Belarus and Turkey
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Implementer to join a dynamic and professional team. This role involves implementing, configuring, and delivering ServiceNow solutions while working closely with clients to address business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and configure solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Gather and analyze business requirements from clients
• Customize and configure various ServiceNow modules
• Design and implement Service Portals (Service Portal / UI Builder)
• Collaborate with development, integration, and project teams
• Provide innovative solutions and optimize existing processes
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 2+ years of proven experience implementing ServiceNow solutions (for Mid role) and 5+ years for Senior role
• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following modules:
o WSD (Workplace Service Delivery)
o Source-to-Pay
o ITSM / CSM / FSM
• Experience building and implementing ServiceNow portals
• Strong ability to work with clients and translate business needs into solutions
• B2 English
Nice to Have:
• Experience with ITOM - very big advantage
• Experience working on complex or enterprise-level projects
• Integration experience
