What you will do
- Customize and script ITSM platforms to meet specific business requirements.
- Develop and maintain complex API integrations between service management tools and internal systems.
- Implement ITIL processes technically within the platform to drive service efficiency.
- Anticipate technical challenges and implement robust solutions to minimize technical debt.
- Document processes and configurations to ensure clarity and maintainability.
- Identify and implement AI-driven improvements to decision-making and operational workflows.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar ITSM role.
- Proven experience in customization, scripting, and API integrations with platforms such as BMC Helix, ServiceNow, or Jira Service Management.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and their technical implementation.
- Strong autonomy, technical rigor, and high attention to detail.
- Ability to provide clear technical documentation and solve complex platform issues.
