What you will do

• Develop and configure ServiceNow HRSD solutions to meet enterprise requirements
• Design and maintain HR Case Management workflows and service structures
• Build and customize employee-facing portals, including Employee Center
• Configure record producers, case templates, and catalog items
• Troubleshoot platform incidents and perform root cause analysis
• Apply UX principles to improve enterprise portal usability

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience with ServiceNow HRSD development
• Proficiency in English, C1 minimum
• Must be based in Portugal
• Experience with role-based access control and platform security
• Understanding of data privacy standards
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end service delivery workflows
